Values

Our whole production is based in Coristanco, in the area around Bergantiños, in the province of A Coruña. This is why we can certify its origin; our product is 100% Coristanco.

We harvest our own potatoes on dryland farms and we pack all our products by hand, using traditional production techniques. One of our goals is to care for our varieties as much as we can, as due to their characteristics they would not bear a mechanized process.

Our product is different, sustainable and seasonal, as we only produce new or fresh potatoes, a natural product with no added preservatives; neither do we use anti-germinating agents.

Furthermore, we sell directly to our end customer; we do not work with intermediaries, which means we can guarantee the best conditions and quality in our products, and also 100% traceability.
